so... what if... 100 players end up with the same numbers ...say 31, are they gona be #154 or #253 ???

#63 here. This was my first top 250, I've never participated before, just dumped gold into crates. Crates still provide a better return for me, so back to those I go.

Finished with 17 PNs, and ended the event with 34 consecutive fails and an OT crash.

In the past three days I have counted four-hundred crashes. Seriously. I wish I was exaggerating.

The prize goes to the players who got to 31 first. That's why they freeze the leader board. I'm talking from expirence as I finished an event with the same total as players who one. But, I never got the prize. I had emails back and fourth for weeks befor they admitted this. If it was written in the information I would have either accepted it as "oh we'll bad luck" or carried on opening boxes. For some reason GREE won't add this in the written rules.

Sounds like you bought their bs. It only took weeks of emails because that's how long it takes them to think up their bs.

If you had the same total as players who won and did not receive a prize, it means the players who did were higher level than you at the time. Ties are determined by level, and if it happens that there is a tie right around the 250 cutoff, everyone who qualifies receives the prize. Yes, that means that sometimes there are more than 250 prizes awarded.

My iPad HD used to crash after an hour of OT but I could keep it going on the iPad no HD with out crashing at all. I went into 24hours of OT on the turf war. Since I got gold from the Indian spy event I haven't been visiting tap-joy, and the HD version has been stable for a week.
As for this event I didn't bother with OT as I finished on 16 which was a bonus as I was on 9 for 24 hours and once I got the tenth I got six in 9 attempts.

I ended with exactly 10 Pearls... Good thing that it was cash opens only... yesterday before going to sleep i did my last open and got my 10th... lucky this time I suppose... (as I said on Halloween I needed 1 gold open to get 10th...)

You get it 1 min past 12:00 pm pacific time. 28 was not enough for top 250. Probably 30-31 would do it.
