If it is a type A, then level 10 will be $285,000...roughly the equivalent of a level 2.5 PT. Anyone have info on the upgrade costs?

It looks exactly the same as the Tavern / Trading Post buildings off of Kingdom Age, except with a turkey strapped to the roof.
