You can cut singles. Can even cut it without a knife. Can't go wrong with that!
I don't like smelly cheese. Cheddar and mozzarella, that's about it.
I'm from wisconsin... there's a place nearby where I can get cheddar aged 12 years. That's fantastic, but you've got to cut it VERY thin.
I also love swiss and bleu.
