I tried to farm the Urban Warfare West in the in Empire Arena Plaza/Clothing Store.
According to the LOOT spreadsheet the drop rate should be 24%. 1 click job. 1.23 drops/1000 energy.
I used over 1500 energy. Did 7 jobs but there wasn't any drop at all.
I'm on Android and I wonder if the LOOT is broken or something?

android or ios.... there was a problem with loots drops on android i think.. If IOS then just keep trying..loot drops can fluctuate quite a bit and I can go days hitting the same location with nothing and then 2-3 in a row. the percentages are correctOriginally Posted by Vito Corleone

yeah.. also from a personal experience. It seems that drop rates change during events. I have no proof of this but during some events I seem to get much better drops and during others it seems to go lower.. probably just the law of averages but it sure seems like the rate isn't stable.
I will often switch to another loot location if the drops get really bad.. when I was farming UWVs I switched up between that and ECBS

I used to do it and getting 1 out of 3 tries. On Android and using a old build still. Have no idea how the new drop rates are. But according to another post it should be fixed and working as intended.
I'm now 2 out of 15. So it not near any 24%.

This looks like random fluctuations. You will only get an exactly 24% drop rate if you are lucky or do the job an infinite number of time.
