I figure Id post my inquiry here since a mod might see it. I reformatted my droid device last week and when I installed CC, it started a new game. I contacted support a week ago and havent gotten a reply back. Does anyone know if they can restore my game?
Do you know your code? Have you ever sent a support ticket, or did you fill out the form in game for transferring your device? If yes you should be able to restore it but it might take a bit.
I sent a support ticket with all the information they should need, codes included.
Wait a month with little to no expectations and then maybe, just maybe, they will address the issue
