He seems like kind of a mash up of Batman/Robin Hood/Dexter, and probably a few others I can't think of. Spiderman even, a bit, since he sometimes shoots arrows with lines attached and uses them for transportation.

I just caught up. I'm kinda feeling it. what happened to the original oliver queen actor from smallville though. he didn't want it or lost out to this dude.

Before it premiered I never really saw much about it so I wasn't sure what to expect. I decided to check out the pilot to find out what the actual f the show was even about, and I've been hooked on it since.

I watch it on an iPad via Hulu, not sure what an iPhone offers as I don't have one.
Download the CW app, has all episodes except for the first one. Has stupid commercials though throughtout the episode pisses me off
Edit: I got my parents hooked too...which is a miracle cause my pops can't sit through Any movie withot falling asleep. Hooked up my laptop to tv and he sat and watched all 6 episodes that were out with me lol
