Should I leave KA open until the item is awarded or what??

If everyone in the game gets one, the net effect is zero? Therefore, we get a shiny picture to clutter our inventory?

^ this. People don't seem to understand that we could each get 1 free item or 10 free items...if everyone gets the same thing, it doesn't mean a thing.

People quit and new people join every day; future players will not have this item. How many players do you think will have one a year from now?

Attk>def since it takes more def to block. It favors robbers by boosting everyone's attk relative to each others defense.

You shouldn't have to submit a ticket, and I'll confirm with the dev team when the items go out.
