They probably figure you'll have enough trouble walking after the other thing they do.
Edit: I didn't say they provide the knee pads, just that they allow them.

Yes, during DST changes I had problems with timers (an epic boss events was running at that moment) and I sent a ticket for this issues.
Few days ago I send a new ticket to remind GREE that I was still waiting for the car, two or three days later, car was placed in my inventori.
Yea it's ridiculous, because it seems that they want to receive an unmanageable amount of tickets, to solve this.

Don't give up that's how they operate. 80% give up so they only have to exert effort for 20%. I'm sending another ticket now, everyone should do the same. A few years back there was a scandal with Allstate Health, the corporate policy was to deny every claim when it was first submitted and only actually look at claims that were appealed, this way they'd save on the claims that were never appealed. APPEAL YOUR CLAIM!
We care about you, submit a ticket and we'll eventually get to it.

I haven't got mine, but hey ho that's life. I reacently started KA on a second device after the DS date and I recived the DS item. So it will be rolled out to everyone, wether it takes a couple of hours or a couple of days.
Got to agree, I'm thinking about sending in a ticket once a week till they give it to us. They screwed up at DST, and then again when they made an announcement trying to pay us off and failing to deliver
