Where to get TLC, Robot Armor, Skate Gear, etc?

Hey peeps!

I've been browsing through the forums and have heard about some strong farmable items such as the TLC, Robot Armor, and Skate Gear. I would appreciate it if someone could give me the stats, location, and level requirement for those items and/or any other items you recommend.

Also, I was wondering what items I should consider farming at level 91. My highest map is North Side, if I remember correctly.

I think the only map area where TLC is available is the Cartel Compound which isn't unlocked for you yet. I had good results with the limo at first, but then the drop rate died. California house was good, about the same as Tere Anita for dropping them.

The limo drop rate crashed through the floor. It's not .4, I'll consult the oracle.

EDIT:

The spreadsheet says .4 but in reality the data says .15 drop rate. I think I could probably whip up a program that automatically makes a chart based on the drop rates. For some reason it's been in there as a drop rate of .4 and that's completely wrong.

The California House and Tere Anna both have a drop rate of .25
