I can't ever tell since I don't get splash screens anymore but I just did some pve and no boss came out

I have only gotten to level 15 on any event...it sucks.
It's possible but with them raising it too 20 instead of needing 3600 atk I need 6800 oh yay that's so great NOT
Got the splash screen but can't trigger the boss. Why did they have to raise the first tier to 20 again? Everyone was happier with it at 15.

Im on the east coast in the usa and i havnt trggered the boss event yet, i don't think its to bad of a change. dont they give free gems with tapjoy
I don't get the free gems option on my iPhone but I have enough for the boss. Now if only the &itch of a witch would get on her broomstick and appear when I pve
