Crime City Mark at NYCC!

Hey all,

I'm going to be attending NYCC this year. I'll be going by myself, and not as a company representative, but I will be doing an offsite meetup.

I'll be at http://hudsonyardscafe.com/ from ~12pm to ~3pm on Saturday 10/13. I'll stay later if a lot of people show up, and if crowds are an issue we can venture further afield. I'll have my phone / iPad and will be on the forums constantly and will be updating. I'll bring as many shirts for CC, MW, and KA as I can pack.

Anyone who shows up at the meetup or just finds me at NYCC will get a shirt (Supplies limited) and an in-game item of my choosing.

I'll try to bring as many shirts as I can for each game, but I can't promise everyone will get a shirt that fits or is for their game or even get a shirt at all.

How about us poor people who are outside the US? Could you at least let us have the in-game unit if we participate via the forum or chat or something? Rather impossible to fly out all the way to NY from Asia for this ... though I'd love to if I could!

Huh? NYCC isn't exactly close to people in a majority if the us either, if you're speaking of fairness. I think it's cool ccm is letting the forum know where he is and giving out goodies.

That's true. My bad. One does think of the US as just one country and easily forget the distances within the US. Still, it would be nice if those of us who made the effort to be there virtually could have the unit too. Ultimately, CCM's prerogative, of course.

If it makes anyone feel better, I'm in SF, home of Funzio and I'd still have to jump on a plane to meet up with CCM because THEY DON'T HAVE EVENTS CLOSE TO HOME!!! There, I got that off my chest. ;-)

This would be awesome. Bad alas, I, too, am far away and couldn't get there.

Of course, we could video conference with either ooVoo (12-person-at-a-time-free-video chat) or Skype.

But the fact that this is happening, and on your own, CCM, is pretty cool and look forward to the time you make the trip to Orlando or Tampa.
