Question on epic boss events

I just started a camper account, literally at level 2. Is there a minimum level I have to obtain to be able to participate in the Epic Boss Events?

also, does it make any difference that I downloaded Crime City HD versus Crime City for my IPad?

Correct level 10 it is. And no it does not matter if its the hd version

I was doing Epic Bosses on my camper before level 10. It's just box events that make you wait until 10.

That sucks I started a new account when the police one was on and I couldn't start till level 10
Either they change it or I was just unlucky at starting a boss until I got to level ten

HD sometimes takes a couple days to kick in. I usually can't trigger them on my iPad until 2 days after my iPhone.
