    IOS?

    Crates are not dropping , my screen doesn't even show a counter for it. Is there a minimum level to get crates? I'm on level 13 in my iPad.

    The problem with that is it didn't work on my Fire either. Works fine on my iPhone. My iPad is a new install. They just never dropped.

    You need to be at least level 10. Support told me to reinstall and leave the game on for like 5 minutes. Exit the game and re-enter. Sometimes you have to do this a few times. For some reason the events start a lot sooner on my phone than my tablet (both android).
