Max # of Henchmen?

Is there a limit to the number of henchmen you can have in your mob?

Or is this just another case of the game being broken? It feels like I can't do anything in this game without finding something not working properly.

I have 95, all earned doing jobs or goals. I know it's a pointless goal, but I was trying to get to at least 100.

I'm not going to open a ticket over it though, I have tickets waiting that I would rather have attended to. There's no sense clogging up support with dumb little stuff like "I didn't get my henchman".
