Has anyone else that won the Cobra (10% faster upgrade time) tried to upgrade? My times aren't 10% faster according to the Wiki buildings page. Example: Missle Turret level 1-2, 18 hours. Surveillance Center level 1-2, 12 hours.
Or, have I just stayed up too late...
Thoughts?
Are you correctly calculating how the different items with shorter upgrade times stack?
For example loaded dice = 25% shorter now we add another 10% the 10% comes off the already shortened time so it's actually only 10% of 75%. So if you have the loaded dice another 10% is actually only another 7.5%.
Missile turret for me is 16 hours level 1 to 2
L2 Missile Turret upgrade shows as 12:09:00 for me.

It took a few days for the Street Demon to properly show the 10% faster upgrade...so maybe this is just another example of in game issues? Wouldn't honestly surprise me...

I'm having the same issue. I won the final weapon in the art crate event (Devil's inquisition) and it gives 65% faster energy recovery however, it doesn't look like it does anything at all. But I'll wait a few days like Pawn suggested.Originally Posted by BOS
The way the inquisition/takedown is supposed to work is that you get 5 energy every minute instead of 3, just incase you didn't know.

I have a similar issue with the cutlass. I was getting the additional 10% from robberies, and now it has reverted to no bonus. Ticket time for me as well.
Which is what i get from loaded dice/street demon so dice/cobra would be same if that is the combo in question
