I agree with the Lofts. Also get Beachside Inns when they unlock. NCs are the best building in the game but you need a very high IPH to save up for those.

Modern lofts unlock after level 70. You're thinking of loft. Be sure to upgrade MTs and dominicans while saving up for loft.

There's the modern loft that unlocks after level 70 and then there's loft that unlocks at 100 mafia. You did the same thing a couple days ago on my wall when you mixed up collection agencies with credit agencies.
At your level, you can also start building Magic Playhouses and History Museums, and upgrading them. History museums are actually pretty nice income for the upgrade time / cost. Playhouses aren't as great, but better than most the other buildings you can build.
All the mafia buildings are good to have, including Italian Restaurants. Definitely aim for lofts as soon as you can. These buildings I listed above are unlocked for you already though.
