The player wants to be able to collect their buildings around the same time. When they ask for a sync they're asking to get them robbed so when they collect again at the time that works better for them the buildings are "synched" to the same time.
Did anyone take care of it for you Luke? I've been out of town this past weekend enjoying real life happenings.
