Sucks to be you. The website is just as easy as in-game. Click the thing, it launches the app store, install the game, play it, delete it... Not rocket science.
that explains half of it. tapjoy site, did it alow you to sync with your device? thats how it is with Iphone

I dunno how it works for Android. All I do know is that the TapJoy issues are handled by the TapJoy support team, not GREEd. You might want to ask them what the deal is.
