In this game, and not like KA and MW, you can only raise your AT to a certain amount at each lvl, if you do not count in units you win in events?

I mean, at lvl 20 one can only use 100 allies and you have only unlocked a few weapons. So if you stock up on the strongest weapons you can get, there is nothing more you can do.

Camping is quite meaningless and you can only up your IPH.

I think it's a shame, in KA and MW you got all kinds of boost buildings and can actually get quite strong at a low lvl.

No one forces me to play CC, I know, but i still think it's a shame.

Yes but with no boost buildings, there is no alternate method of effectively gaining stats other than using gold.
Even respect will cap out or be negligible at some stage.
Therefore crime city probably remains highest grossing.

I have never played the other games so I'm not sure of the boost buildings you refer to and how they work. You are right, at lvl 20 you bring 5 allies per lvl = 100. So you need to bring the strongest possible weapons to arm your allies, guns, melee, armour, vehicles and not forgetting explosives.
Farming is done in different ways, some farm weapons, some farm respect point and build these up to obtain the strongest arms in each category. In game cash is really not so useful to purchase good weapons.
I must say at mid level I farmed a lot and enjoyed it..... Sad maybe but that's the way I played.

They should really open up the brackets and let stronger players prey on campers, thereby giving campers an incentive to actually play the game instead of trying to be a big fish in a little pool. They're silly, and they should not be encouraged.
