That's because that much level jumping raises brows. I jumped 126 levels in one night.

I ran across a guy who is level 66. He has 4 Nightclubs (all level 3), 2 casinos, 2 credit agencies etc. I was going to send him a message and looked at his comments. I couldn't believe all the players who thought he was legit. His one comment was "I'm really good at the game, I take this seriously". I reported him over 3 weeks ago yet he is still around.
Is he really still active? Just asking because banned accounts usually didn't get deleted, banned players are just prevented from logging in.
How do you get to level 110 with only 1262 jobs completed, 514 fights won and 263 robberies?
