Why add more mafia members?

can someone help me im level 64 and have 490 mafia, 10014 def, 7032 att, i have have 2181 items weapons and 1072 def items 308 in cars 17 level 6 gaurd towers 1 level 7 gaurd tower 2 lvl 10 abandoned builds and 1 safe house lvl 6 and level 2 mahine gun turret . my problem is when people rob me they can have 5 to 6k att and when i try to rob someone even 1k higher then me i lose so my question is do i need to delete mafia to do better.

forgot to add that i win most fights when i get attacked.

My news feed is 98% always red and I only have 4 human mob members. The rest are computer members. What can I do to increase my chances?

If you have 490 mafia and 308 cars, you don't have enough cars. Bring your cars up to the same number as your mafia. Every car you add up until that point will give you the full attack & defense value for it.

It doesn't matter whether they're human or henchmen. Just make sure that they're well equipped: for every mafia member, be sure to have 1 gun, 1 melee, 1 armor, and 1 vehicle. It's too early to start with explosives because you'll just end up losing them all the time.

More cars. You're 16 cars short. Avoid the Junkers IMO unless that's all you can afford. If you have any RP vehicles available, go for those.
