    Sancho Manolo didn't drop anything

    I was under the impression that the boss of each level dropped loot every time. Support issue?

    The new bosses don't have a 100% drop rate or boss level loot. Recommend avoiding for farming purposes.

    I logged a ticket about this a while back. After a few weeks I got a reply back saying reload the app - wtf! Of course this is a not fix for it - silly support.

    Maybe support just accidentally told you that deleting and reinstalling somehow affects drop rates. That would be a pretty big "oops" moment if something like that ever got leaked!
