I've been watching you chumps from the sidelines for the last couple of months, and you have made a complete and total pigs ear of the whole forum.
However, nothing is forever, and we can together fix it. We fix it by following these rules....
The 21 Golden rules and incontrovertible truths of Crime City and its Forum...
1. Do not talk about cheating, if you talk about cheating then cheaters know that cheating is an option. By talking about cheating you highlight this point, so STFU.

4. Do not tell anyone where the good loot is dropping, because GREE will read it and nerf it. Imagine that there is 1 GREE employee who loves us and hates GREE, he is giving us good loot without permission from his boss. Help him achieve his mission... By shutting up.
5. Rule 5 also does not exist. STFU.
6. There are no real rules about posting on these forums, just push the envelope until a Moderator bans you.
7. There are definitely no rules about Moderation, enjoy your ban.
8. Do not try and be popular, popular people have more haters.
9. If you are unpopular, join a gang.
10. If you are popular, start a gang.
11. If you are unpopular and want to start a gang, pretend to be a girl.
12. The old rules state "there are no girls on the internet", this is wrong. The new rule should read... "there are no slim girls on the internet".
13. If you see someone pretending to be a slim girl, remember that you are ugly, socially inept, and poor, this is why no real girls like you. So don't hit on the pretend hottie. Pointless. If they flirt with you, that is proof they are not real. If they are real, they are certainly not going to be interested in you. You have never ever had sex with a hot chick from the Internet. That is not going to change. Ever. So ignore them. Now, starved of attention, the pretend hottie will soon go away.
14. The angered pretend hottie will return as a troll. Ignore them. If you engage with them, they will flourish. Attention can also lead to them coming back again as a girl to start the process over again, with you as the primary target of their admiration.
