The Promotion is sponsored by GREE International, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of its respective affiliate companies and subsidiaries, and immediate families of each, are not eligible to win any Prizes.
Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 12:00:01 AM (all times Pacific Time) on July 27, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 PM on July 29, 2012 (the “Deadline”). All purchase entries must be completed by the Deadline to be eligible to win. All postcard entries must be postmarked by the Deadline and received by Sponsor on or before 6:00 PM, August 3, 2012, to be eligible to win.
How to Enter: There are two ways to enter.
Entry via purchase. All eligible users who purchase one of the following items (each a “Qualified Purchase”) during the Promotion Period through the Crime City application on iOS shall be automatically entered to win the corresponding, in-game (i.e. within the Crime City application on iOS), virtual prize, identified below (under the heading “Corresponding Prize Pool” and opposite such Qualified Purchase), as follows:

Entry via Postcard. To enter the Promotion without purchase, hand print your first and last name, email address, telephone number, the Prize you are entering to win (optional), and GREE Platform user name (optional) on a three and a half by five inch (3.5" x 5") postcard and mail it to: GREE International, Inc., 185 Berry Street, Suite 590, San Francisco, California 94107, Attn: Crime City Double Your Funds Event. Failure to specify a Prize on any eligible postcard entry will automatically enter such postcard into the drawing for 50 Gold pieces. Limit one (1) entry per postcard received by Sponsor. All postcard entries must be postmarked by Sponsor during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries, or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will not be accepted. Any illegible or incomplete entries are void. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
Prize:
The Prizes and winners will be as follows:
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 50 Gold pieces. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $4.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 5,000 in virtual Cash. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $4.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 110 Gold pieces. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $9.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 1,100 in virtual Cash. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $9.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 240 Gold pieces. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $19.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 24,000 in virtual Cash. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $19.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 650 Gold pieces. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $49.99)
• Ten (10) winners will each receive 65,000 in virtual Cash. (Approximately retail value of each Prize: $49.99)

Prize winners will be posted on or around August 3, 2012, at: http://greegam.es/Nvh8d6. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 10 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
Promotion Rules: For each Prize, ten (10) winners will be selected from all eligible entries for such Prize in a random drawing to be held on or about August 3, 2012. A total of 100 Prizes (10 winners per Prize) will be awarded.
General Terms and Conditions: The Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or to terminate this Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, city of residence, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for Sponsor's promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded a prize, winners may be required to confirm such permission in writing and execute and deliver a written affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, tax forms, and other reasonable documentation. By entering, entrants certify that they have complied with these Official Rules and are eligible to win.
