The most frustrating? The latest event still hasn't shown up on my Fire. No scratchers either. And, yes, I force closed multiple times.

Reporting a cheater for having multiple scratcher top prizes. Then 2 days later get a reply saying closed and realise its me they've banned!!! Then not being able to get a reply from support about why I'm banned.
That gotta sucks.
