    somethings probably wrong with their server - I just opened a box (twice) in the last 5 mins. Of course, nothing on either.

    Banned.. For what?? I've never done anything wrong. Shouldn't they check first and see I'm totally legit before keeping me from my game. I thought that's how it worked. Now I have to wait til tomorrow probably.

    I am a free player so this may sound a little odd coming for me but I think money players should have additional tech support staff for their issues. Not to ignore us free players per say ,but just one or two staff members dedicated to cash spenders. Immediate support even you are a heavy spender, which whatever that means should be determined by them.

    I am having te exact same issue. I have also not done anything that would cause funzio to ban my account so I don't think the issue originated on our end! I will update you if/ when I get some feedback and would appreciate the same!

    Sure no problem I just keep opening the app hoping it will magically be fixed. I tried delete and reinstall and a shut down. Counting how many opens I am missing out on. How much cash I'm probably been raided for. Going to be behind on my upgrades when the current one finishes in a few hours. Yeah I'm an addict and this sucks...
