I'm taking MT's to lvl10 while saving for level 3 NC later on.
Not sure about Dominican, typeB sucks.
Lvl10 Loft... Nah,that's too expensive for me. Might upgrade it as saving for lvl5 NC.
I dont think there's any typeB expensive building worth for lvl10. Keep all of them at lvl4 or 5 and leave it there forever,your money can always have somewhere else to invest.

im taking all my small change to lvl 10 right now. right now waiting on my other gas station to get to lvl 9 18more hours then its going again to lvl 10.

why am i putting all my small stuff to lvl 10 when its not worth it, well because it makes me happy no other particular reason. im not worried about making income from my buildings because i make income off everyone else
I want to eventually get all my 24 and 48 hour buildings to level 10 bcoz I can usually collect them all on time. The others i don't really care too much about.
