Hmmm, gone through 3 full bars of energy killing monsters in several of the middle maps and not one box has dropped for me yet. Strange because for all the other events they drop more often than weapons or armor. I have terrible luck with the gold option so I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'll make it to 5 for this event.

What time did you wake up? Four straight for me... Hope this doesn't turn out to be like the first 50/500 auction, where I had a c48-hour no-item dry-spell and ended with just 9 items and one prize.

6 tries and 4 helmets, my aim is to get at least the same as last event, which was 20, but if I get 25 would be great as a free player.
Too early, 5am I think. I ended on 9 last event and 17 on CC opening the same number of boxes. Yeah, just one unit for 5 days or so of hourly open attempts kinda sucked!What time did you wake up? Last time had a nearly 48 hr dry spell right in the middle. Squeezed out 10 on middle option. Hope it'll be better this time ...

Maybe to reduce frustration they should always allow the boxes to open, but using a gem or gold increases the likelihood of it being an egg, gem, helm ...
