Getting rid of warehouse ?

I have it at lvl 7 but it takes up a lot of space - have most of you kept yours?

I've kept mine both on lvl 8. I prefer to play a longer game not collect so often so they suit me better. I hear your space issue though. I'm just about to bin my Basketball court to reclaim space. Not quite yet tho! The hood upgrades start to get expensive..

I have 1 warehouse and it's at level 7. The only reason I'm keeping it is because of the time invested into getting it to that level.

Mine is still in my hood. If you have run out of space, sell it. They are lots of choice to replace it. If you have a lot of space, just leave it at the moment.

I sold one Italian restaurant, shoe store, deli, barbershop, and two flower shops. I'm thinking about cutting some other buildings though, warehouses included. I haven't rearranged my hood in ages and I'm getting bored with looking at the same thing for probably months now.

If you don't need the space, don't sell it. I still have both of mine @ level 147.
BTW: 45 sounds great it's upper 90's here, but I imagine you're not talking farenheit

No no no. You can get rid of 2 warehouses to get 2 condos. That's a much better move.

Why would you just not wait on them to open up for a defense building?

I also assume you have 50 Gatling Guns?

You're making ~$8.7K per day on it. I'd suggest calculating something like an ROI for expansion to keep it. For example, if an expansion is $3.6M you're looking at 410 days to pay off keeping that warehouse. If you're going to need the expansion for other buildings...obviously that's a bad stat by itself.

That being said, the warehouse does have one of the lowest $/day/square payouts for semi-regular and regular players.

Head says lose them (if you need space) - 17/22k or what ever it is they earn every 48 hours is rubbish

Gut says keep them because of how frikking long they take to upgrade

I still have mine partly because I have enough space but also because I don't have the balls to throw them away.

What fuzzy said about the missile turrets is a massive point though. You'll want plenty of space for them

Flower shops should never be sold, man. What is wrong with them? You can't even get much space by selling them...
They are working perfectly with smoke shops.

Unlike basketball court, Warehouse is a must go building. They have completely different qualities.
A level 10 basketball court(1000iph) is a great support and very cheap to get there,it helped you all the way in Econ pushing.
However a lvl7 warehouse(330iph) is barely a support, just an expensive burden to drag down your Econ. One of the worst buildings on the sheet. Definitely sell it if you need space for Condos.
