Opinions please?
Should I bring balance to the force with Excelero or stick with the RPG?

I go for Excelero because I have M4A1s (20/22). However since you can't get any M4A1 anymore (suppose you got a few), RPG seems to be a better choice.

I thought I could compete top 200 for a super rare 5 star Leviathan card but still struggle at top 1350 with high level rare 4, 3 stars cards. it's 10 times harder than CC events, I give up.
I still stick with Chain Whips, but as Dan said, it may be because I have a bunch of M4s

I would say none if you want to go no banking. They are both offensive items which put your hood on fire.
You get cars from looting ECBs at red light district. 3 drops per day generally.
2--poor Econ
Exelero, You will have a tough time getting cars. Go fire more and pile up defense buildings all over the hood,there is no turning back

Depends on what you are lacking.
If Fonzio/Gree keeps sending you reminders that you don't have enough vehicles then Exelero.
I'm just about to hit lvl 115 and have been saving my RP'S - for a while - don't have a ton but they are all going on exceleros!

Go for Excelero, because it is very hard to loot vehicles which have similar stats.

I did buy 15 RPG when they opened up just to pad my stats a bit.
