90+ Hours!?!

I am in the middle of constructing my first Loft. When I first checked to see how long it would take to build my jaw hit the floor! So I am now curious. Are the upgrade times just as crazy? What are some other extremely long building times? How long does it take to build a night club? Which building(s) did you construct that you thought, "Damn! This will be a while."

Nightclub takes 144 hours
Crematorium takes 120 hours

Loft upgrade time is way less than the build time. The NC upgrade time is 48 hours or something. Build times are still a killer though

96hours from Condo to Hotel. 144 hours for office building,casino and NC.
Same building time have the same upgrade time pattern at high levels, but a lot of outliers at lower level.

One more thing, make sure to save for the 1.2m lvl2 upgrade in the 96 hour building time and upgrade it before building the second one.
166% cost gives you 200% IpH growth. Best deal in game ever.

Thanks for the upgrade advice! I have about $730,000 in the bank and another 48 hours to save. Currently almost done upgrading my warehouse to level 7 for that damn goal I never did. I plan on upgrading one of my more inexpensive properties tomorrow morning when that is complete. I should definitely have enough by then. Im enjoying the camping time now that the event ended. I figured this would give me the best iph boost.

I would love to do this but I jumped 5 or 6 levels in that last event and want to stay put for a while. Plus Im at level 60 and a lot of hoods I go to are garbage! A lot of empty space or a ton of buildings sitting at level 1 or 2. I feel like I get more experience points than money!
