Yeah - I did a little more investigating on this individual and they had 300+ on armored jets, helicopters, rocket launchers, and chainsaws. A little much, yeah, I think so.

I think I found a cheater who do I talk to?
i just saw a lvl 58 with a level 2 NC and no other major buildings (it's 87k iph, and he had something like 92k iph). he's probably cheating but i don't see what the point in reporting him does. i've already posted a blatant cheater who has 2 casinos at lvl 56

You can find instructions in the Crime City game.
Go to:
Menu > More > Help > Contact Support. If you can find their code so much the better, but also send supporting screenshots
If you select Contact support it will compose an email right there on your mobile device. If you select "Support" from the "Help" menu, it will actually give you instructions on dealing with cheaters. Basically, you send an email to support@funzio.com and put "cheating" in the subject line.

Why do you think that's cheating? There's plenty of documented examples of legit NCs at level 9 and as low as 5. Just because other users are doing better than you doesn't mean they're cheating. Every time you report legit players because you don't understand what's a cheat and what's not you waste support's time from dealing with actual cheaters.

That's funny - in another post a player was concerned about getting banned because he was a level 8 with levels 3 and 4 nightclubs, but is playing legit.

Came across a guy the other day with 50+ blazing monsters, fighter exosuits, executioner platforms, and axe smashers. Seems pretty unlikely, especially considering he didn't have very many lower scratcher prizes, only the top ones. If he's not a cheater, he should stop playing this game and play the lottery instead.
I reported him to Funzio support though, hopefully they will take action.

I found a player much the same a week ago. Reported and got the standard reply from Funzio but they are still playing now so I'v asked support why seing as he is a blatant cheater, am still waiting on a reply...

No worries everyone. After some research I can assure you that Funzio is somewhat slow, but taking measures to ban cheaters and prevent further hacking.
