No luck here either. At least support was great, but now even that is broken.
Hope it'll return to normal eventually.

At least a week. I think they start events, go on vacation while the money rolls in, and when they come back for a few days they answer a few tickets.
I know that's probably not actually the case, but they really do a piss poor job of making it seem otherwise at this point. Responding with "thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, we will look into it" or "sorry for the inconvenience, I have returned to your account the 15 gold that was accidentally spent" takes two minutes, maybe less if they have all the responses canned now. There really is very little excuse for waiting a week to receive those types of responses.
