Ran across a player above level 150, around 250 allies and has attack defence into the 80's.
Then it gets interesting.....they have in their inventory.
The current event item (General Command Ship)
21 Wavebreakers
38 Siege Tanks
80 Executive Chinooks
137 Railgun Destroyers.....and no Dry Docks.
189 Stealth Bombers....and no Advanced Airbase.
I'm thinking mayhap somebody has been tinkering with what they shouldn't.....
I saw someone with something similar, but their cash buildings were gone too, all they had left were just basic Unit buildings. Huge numbers of specail units from the secondary buildings. the only thing i could think of was they were in war and wanted their base reduced so they were not take hits from raids so much. less buildings mean less raids. they kept just enough it seemed to start over if they needed or buy the high end basic building units.
report him. 38 siege tanks would be impossible. literally impossible. to get each siege tank he'd have to beat the event boss 30 more times each hypothetically but since no one ever beat him 50 times or more who knows if you'd even get another siege tank for beating him 60 times. >_>Originally Posted by Q Raider

Sorry. You're right. I lied. I only have 47 siege tanks and 312 turret operators.
Probably they sold the advanced airbase and dry docks after upgrading to max level. All buy locks are gone by then, so what is the use to keep those buidings? You can still buy the units and it makes way in your base. If someday the upgrades will be possible to new higher levels then they made the wrong choice there to sell it.
I think bases look nicer with all buidings there.
@magepker: The siege tank and warlord siege tank are 2 different units.

I am almost certain the account has been created within the past couple of weeks.
Not one low drop item of loot for all those Boss loots is suspicious, let alone the number they have.
And there army is pretty much made up of the Boss loots and the current event indestructibles.
And a level 150 plus who has ONE solitary Tree Sniper in their inventory........that's really stretching things
Thought about that aspect Zoltarov, however they are actually in the process of building the Dry Docks now.
Come to think of it there are actually two buildings being built at once..
An oil rig AND a dry docks.

First try at this so it might go pear shaped. Could only just get them in the picture as they at either end of the map.
Just checked the items again and it is actually a Naval research Centre on the left hand side and the Dry Docks are on the right.
