You're pointing out the unsettling fact that funzio and gree don't give two ****s about the players of the game, frankly this forum is useless when it comes to getting help or answers from staff. The only staff that posts here is Mark and all he can ever say is "Ill forward it to the engineers" Honestly, i don't think he does or the "engineers" don't pay attention to e-mails.
Why don't the engineers post here? Why don't they directly come here and say something to defend themselves, There are plenty of threads (as you pointed out) Yet, no one gives a flying ****? Isn't it a little disconcerting?!?

Seq's right, this is a repetitive thread. But to answer this...having worked in software delivery for many years...most engineers could give a damn. Their quality is as much as they are made to do, as is their documentation and testing. Not all are like this, but most I've run into. Same for management. You wouldn't believe how much a dysfunctional company can make.
my point is, so what if its repetitive? it wouldn't be repetitive if they answered the questions that are being asked and fixed them. They're all valid complaints even if they're repeated.
and i know they don't care, but mark shouldn't be the only one taking the brunt of the complaints.
Nice to see one person gets it.
And pretty soon enough will be reported that they warn him.
