Ok so I'm level 118 and I just finished attacking a level 92 person.(no screenshot) What does that mean about whale territory?? That it starts at 90-ish now instead of 120?? When I was at level 95 I couldnt even see to level 100 and now I can see people in the 90's. Any insight or similar experiences?

i have that problem too, i have 1 page of the same exact rivals ranging from lvl 63-92 and all have atleast 320 allies (i have 190 now) if i reload the rivals list it goes away but every few reloads the same page will show up.
next time it happens ill screenshot it.
Don't forget kids that the rivals list looks at TWO parameters. Level being the first and the number of ALLIES being the second so depending on the second parameter you may see a much broader range of levels.......

The level 92 is a bugged player. He can be seen on ALL rivals lists. A friend was talking about him but i can't recall his name exactly. Something like Lob? or Mob?
I'm at L162 and can see down to L92 and up to L200.

You can see other level 92s and levels 93-120? Or are you basing your range solely off that 1 player.

I just checked my lists and I cannot see him. 114 with 425 allies
I have added nearly 100 and I am at 370s. If I remove 80 I think I would still have 20,000/20,000

His game name is Laube.
Level 92, rivals list says 455 allies but his stat sheet indicates 589 ish.
Also has a Siege Helicopter in his Sea units which is kind of odd.
Nearly hit him as he was in the right ally range for my Valor hunt, but when I was looking at his stats realised there was something very wrong and went looking elsewhere.
Notice a few guys have told him to contact support to resolve it, hopefully they will do so soon as I gather he is getting a few whacks.
Agent Orange, that is interesting re how far down you can see, now explains why I am getting a few hammerings by level 150 plus players but I cannot see them in my rival list, level 130 is the highest I can see up.
What did you notice that was very wrong??? He had no money?
