Greatest band of the 90s, Smashing Pumpkins. Glad to see this thread has moved beyond Koralene, who took herself too seriously, and by doing so turned herself into a cartoon character. I do admit I will miss the entertainment value of the drama, but we still have Payam and Xenoke, so all is not lost

Nirvana will always have a very special place in my heart, not just because they produced amazing music but because they were the death knell of the cheesy, lame-ass era of the tranny hair bands (Motley Crue not included).
