    what level are you i find lvl 3 and 4 NC un-collected all the time, there plentiful since the big earner event came around lots of people upgrading them like crazy

    i'm at level 106 and I don't find a lot of good stuff. I don't have my mafia at maximum - in fact I'm dropping to play around with my stats and see what the best spot is for me.
