My first nightclubs just about done building (3 hrs left), and I have $36M saved up. So should I just build another night club in a few hrs or save the rest and upgrade to level 2?

Forum consensus is upgrade to level 2 before building another. Lots of threads discuss this. I will see if I can find one

Have you used any of the spreadsheets?
This one helps calculate everything. Put in you income etc and it gives you an idea of how to upgrade etc based on ROI. http://code.google.com/p/ccspreadsheet/downloads/list
