    They definitely changed this one up some on the odds. Maybe it was all the crying everyone did about getting 7-8 out the gate and then nothing for days?

    No event on my android or IOS...but this happens every time. I've gotten event notifications up to a day after it's announced in here. I always assumed it was just Android but my iPad Nano (iPod touch) doesn't have it either.

    Maybe the lateness on event releases is why they allow overtime. I see people have half a day head start...no wonder they're getting end event items.

    There was a bit of a lag. Around 10:30 pm last night I noticed on my friend AppleMacGuy's wall someone saying a new event was up. Oh shoot! I raced onto the forums and indeed there was a post by Swingle007. I restarted the app several times. Then I turned off the phone and on again. Then I restarted like 4 more times, switched from wifi to 3G and boom
