Yay me, I won the skull slicer on my iPad account (which is crazy, because I probably had half the open attempts on that one as opposed to my iPhone where I crashed @ 9, but anyway.... )
I was out robbing laundromats, because that's what my low level account does, and I got one of those annoying cash, exp, but 0 rep hits. If the skull slicer gives +1 on rep, shouldn't I never see those 0 rep hits again?
It is rare but it does happen

But if this new toy gives me +1 rep on robberies, shouldn't those would-be no rep hits now be 1 RP?
If you see in the picture, I do have the 1 rp per robbery weapon.
It is just a rare glitch that I've come across a handful times.
Normally happen with high rp buildings.
Hopefully you will go a couple of months without that happening again.
