Octagon ally empty

So I wanted to try octagon ally vs black market when I traveled there I found it completely empty. What I mean is no people walking around just the buildings wtf? Anyone else notice this?

Delete your game and re-install... that's what I had to do.

No problem, and when you re-install, don't freak out like I did. When starting the app for the first time after the reload, my stats were 5-10k less with attack and defense... a simple restart and they were back to normal. Hopefully this won't happen to you.

It's not going to work I too notice octagon alley has been void of people for 3 days now.

Maybe they are rats as I'm a rat cruncher.

I just switched to Kane this morning and this chain of events is exactly what happened to me as well.

When it happened to me, deleting and reinstalling fixed the problem.

Check your data and if you have data from a while back then PM Crime City Mark and also submit a ticket, they're trying to combat this problem and from what I can tell they're not sure what's causing it either.
