It's bounced around for a lot of people. When I hit my list randomly, I get 30-70 BP. But I'm currently getting 170 from this one guy, although I have to keep upping my attack to avoid failed raids.

I have been in the 30- 50 range all day today, before I usually got 55+. I seem to be getting 35 fairly consistently .
