I know there is a thread for those under level 25-30, but there isn't any thread related to those below 50. And if there is, then that's why this is the unofficial thread. This will be a place where all the lower level members can harbor their thoughts, ask questions and partake in some jolly-good discussions. Besides, we ARE the future of Crime City

Obviously, there are a lot of newbies out there (myself included), however, after getting a grasp of how this game is different than other IOS RPG games, I've learned to acclimate myself to the structure. While I'm no genius [in the game], I am smarter than the average bear. I think, at least to the new people, there is sufficient resources here to guide you to the promised land.

I'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have. I'm almost at level 89 so I don't know all the answers but I'll answer the one's I can.

I would buy it around 200k income per hour but thats my personal opinion.

I'd say that it depends on how good your economy is. I'm talking like getting Lofts to level 2 and Movie Theaters to level 4 or $90,000 IPH. If you can match one of those two or better, I'd say it's worth it.

I'm technically under lvl 50, even at lvl 9. lol

Since Gatling guns are unlock able within this threads limit, we won't need to worry about too much discussion on Defense buildings in here, lol.

Best (non-mafia) buildings unlocked 50 and below?

1) Art House Cinema
2) Dominican
3) Comedy Club

I noticed your IPH. Do you have a Nightclub yet or still saving up?

I bought my first one this morning and it jumped my IPH to 240k. Im saving for my 2nd one now and am only doing cheap upgrades.

if you're under lvl 50 (the purpose of this thread) a lvl 2 Loft and lvl 4 MT is no where near ready for a NC save-up, dude. under lvl 50 buildings are SO MUCH worse than the ones you have unlocked.

Lofts to lvl 6 and MT's 8 or 9 is ready. Some may argue a lvl less. But lvl 2 loft and lvl 4 MT is absurd for under lvl 50 players

Welcome Avon/Billionaire, Joaquim and kinghansen! There are definitely a few hoods that people should check out, and Avon is one of them. Duder is another. These guys are the basis of low level, RIDICULOUS IPH. I'd say Dreno too but haven't seen his hood.

Dominican was my obvious #1 choice but between Comedy Club and Art House Cinema that one was a little tougher.

Well, here's my take on it:

If you can afford one, I'd definitely go for it. I'd personally wait until my economy was strong enough to support investing in one though. For example, if you only had $40,000,000 to spend, don't waste it all on one Nightclub. Invest that same amount of money first into upgrading something cheaper like your Lofts or Movie Theaters to relatively high levels, and then set your sights on a Nightclub.

At least that would be my approach anyways.
