Before I make a move and get 100 or so, do you feel the "Strong Against Air" make it well worth it. Stats are 23/35 and it is 40 gold.

Just trying to get all thoughts possible before I drastically change my gold buying strategy. I have an ally that has 200 of these and a rival that have 100 of them and it seems to be working great for them.

I will check back before making the decision. I know Mcdoc mentioned that maybe in the future they won't even be brought into battle but I am not thinking that far ahead. I don't know for sure yet how far the gold will go. It isn't a for sure thing weather I will make it to 2000 gold units or not.

I say yay. Considering possible maximum boosts, you would be looking at more like 30/53. Right?

Nay. Why do you need them? Are you being attacked or running with max allies? These are like crate commons. 120g for 3. Spend the same on crates with the chance for rares or uncommons!

I was counting 20% from Hangar and 10% russia for A&D and Level 10 comp. to get the additional 20% def. boost, but I may have miscalculated.

I need to up my indestructible unit count some how. I was considering 20 3-pack crates instead of the usual 10 but was thinking that is to many.

Right now what I do is:
-1 of each LE every new release
-10 3-pack crates every new release

That method is effective in getting me new cool units but is taking way to long to get a lot of gold units. This is a tough decision...

I already have my plan of keeping the 1 of each LE weekly but getting 2 or 3 of the powerful air units. That plan isn't changing. So it's either between using using Sentry Aircrafts or getting extra crates every release to up my count.

How much valor are you sitting on? Drop it on SH for A and HM for D. Spend the gold on crates, so much more bang for the buck. I just feel long term you will regret buying 100 SA. Pick up 10 Sentry Air now and wait until you really need to make a move on them if you are getting hammered. What is you A and D average? If these don't bring it up at 500 units don't buy. Better to drop allies. You are still low enough level to not panic.

I am good with the allies I am sitting on now. Not losing any battles or anything. It is just going to take so long to get near all gold.

Say I wanted to go all gold. Right now I am at 672 units in battle and earlier I lost a Commando (14/9) during a raid.

It just seems like 2000 is impossible (long time away) with my current gold purchasing strategy.

Why do you want all gold if valor units are more powerful than SA and you have an infinite amount at your disposal. By the time you get to max units you may have even higher valor units from the ranking available. Buy crates!!!!!!!

Work on your spread sheet. I sent you the one i use for units a couple weeks ago.

im close to 200 gold units id have more but im using gold to finish my really lacking base cash an hour/day

for all gold i think the bigger players buy gold items that are higher in att and def than valor units, ive seen high gold players with 50 nighthawks for instance, or 700 fighting irish, or 18 railguns and 50 sentrys

I am not a CEO and cannot afford 18 railguns. I can do the nighthawks and sentries, and to late to do the 700 Fighting Irish which I should have bought a lot of but didn't.

I just want to increase my gold unit count the most efficient way. I honestly don't see sentries leaving my battle record even if I did manage to make it all gold in the future so I am leaning towards that.

It's a tough call man. If their attack was 50 - I'd have 200 of them already. Just looking 9 months down the road when we both realize that anything lower than 49 isn't even in our Top 2000 units any more - including SH's - which I why I'm really trying to dedicate myself to save up 150k Valor for the Special Ops Valor Jet and buy 100 of them!

Of course it will actually BE 9 months from now before I reach 9 Million Battle Points :/
