Ecbs are still single click loot so that should outweigh the 3 extra attack points, multi click chances that dds provide. If they ever change ecbs to multi click then it would be a different story. I am surprised ecbs haven't been changed yet so keep getting them while the getting is hot.
Put another way, you are expecting to get .7 ECB / 1000 energy while only .23 DDs / 1000 energy
Now I have 153 ECB 65 and 5 dd, exelero only adding 17atk should I switch respect to chain whip? I have 65 of them.
I use respect points where they give me the most gain, I collect around 4000 then write dwn stats buy one of each category to see what gives most gain, weigh in the cost of the item, if you gain slightly more from the rpg or the exelero I would still go for the chain whip or full combat because of item cost and gain time wise
