Haven't you ever attacked & not gotten any RPs? Getting zero RPs from a sucessful attack has happened to me a few times, but it is very, very rare to get no RPs, but it does happen.
(It even happens with robberies, getting zero RPs, but that has nothing to do with the Sig.)

with sig 1*-11
with sig and midas gun** 2*-15
**but... does (40% of 1)+1=2? IDK... hmm... I wanna say, no, that it would be rounded down to 1, right? But, IDK how Funzio would do it. And maybe getting zero RPs is a glitch or bug the very few times it has happened to me. idk.

Do you walk around with an attitude acting like you know all there is too know and being disrespectful? If not then you you have no problem. It's the noobs who get cocky and arrogant but don't know squat that are the problem.
Just being new isn't a criminal offense and I go out of my way to show patience even when the question being asked is the 100th time but attitude is everything and when some people go around snarking others, well that is seen, noted and has consequences.
I don't recall you ever displaying any of those negative qualities so don't concern yourself.
