What level are you bonecrusher.
Empty hoods on ipad are a big sign of cheaters. If you open up the other version of the app suddenly that empty hood is full of fountains and other expensive add ons.

Level 80 and I was seeing about 4 or 5 every level form 60 to 75. Almost all of them hated to bank had some good robberies. Had a problem with one guy early on added to my mob and wiped him up

This guy has hundreds of everything that costs ingame cash... totally obvious, I mess with him and leave messages that he deletes...lol
I found a guy that at least 25 items from Ma Sheng and the other boss (100 mech suits for example) also he has 100 double deckers. His stats were like 16,000 a and 17000 d with 100 mafia members. Not just a money glitched but also a real hacker.
