Error on startup

Yesterday around 4pm pacific I tried to log on and received the message "error on startup". I have tried to log on several times and get the same message.

I can click on "get help" which initiates an email and in the body is the phrase "player account issue".

I've emailed Funzio several times. I'd like a RESPONSE. Not even really looking for a fix at this time... They can take their time if there is something legitimately broken that they need to fix. But in the short term, they aren't even RESPONDING.

I've spent money on this game... Maybe 40 or 50 bucks. I'm a customer. It's been almost 24 hours. I deserve a RESPONSE.

Funzio is looking for funding right? They want to IPO or raise funds in the PE market? Who would give money to someone that doesn't RESPOND to paying customers? Clearly they won't have paying customers for long...

I have everything tries. J put out(switched off) then relit my telephone. I put out the application then I put back(handed) her(it).3 but nothing .
Help me please !! : (
