I've decided against the NC because I don't think it's a good idea for my stlye of play. Income/hr is only valid if you collect 100% of the time. I have trouble trying to collect all of my 8 hr buildings, NCs are on a 6 hour cycle.
Let's say you have a NC and a "real job":
You wake up at 6:00am and collect your NC, go to work and collect again at lunch (12:00), come home and collect at dinner time (6:00pm).
You're not going to stay up until midnight, because you worked all day and you're tired.
So you wake up at 6:00 am and collect 40%, and 100% at lunch and dinner. Of course you miss the midnight calling again and wake up in a panic at 3:00am and rush to collect your 40%. Now it goes off at 9:00 when you are distracted by some stupid coworker and you collect 40%. So now you have to set a timer to collect at like 3:47 and you'll probably be stuck in traffic and only get 40%.
And the cycle continues...forever
EDIT: Best part of the whole deal;
Some douche figures out your cycle and profits from your mistake. He then spams your wall with "hey, I had fun in your night club, c u later"

8 mil to go for my 2nd lol and like 100 tj away from the 2nd RC. Do you do any of the credit check offers and all those? I'm thinking about doing one or two since they offer pretty good gold but just seems like kind of a hastle just for some gold
Nope just the videos and CC free ones, and some of the 2 free gold or more apps.

I am in a similar situation that you are. Due to my job I can not do 4/4 collection on the NC. Even 3/4 is questionable. Factor that in and the NCs loose their magic. I bought just enough gold to get 2 RCs and will boost those. Imho they have awsome output and the 12 hours payout ensures 100% collection for me. Having that said, the NCs are far away on my wish list.
For me NC is low on my list. When i have 40 mill burning a hole in my bank sure i will get one but i am not going to just save for one, some times i will just spend a few mill on weapons to boos my stats.
